the valve housing is very complicated for a molds manufacturer, the parts have 4 threads,2 outer thread and 2 inner thread.2 outer thread need 4 sliders and the inner thread need rotate cores.slides should fit each other very well,or there will be a step or flash on the thread,it will cause the function of thread not work.

the rotate core always needs a motor. our mold maker must make sure the movement of cores works conformably, any different page will break the mold. I list the mold cost as below, please contact us if you need to produce these parts.
